I love smoothies. All kind? Yeah, almost every type of smoothie. Smoothies are typically made with fruit and water (or a dairy product). A green smoothie, on the other hand, is made with fruit, water, and leafy greens. Baby spinach and mint are my favorite leafy greens that I use regularly in smoothies and many dishes. It tastes just as good as a regular smoothie and naturally energizes you. Instead of adding sugar, juice, or sweeteners, I prefer to use fresh fruit that is naturally sweet and packed with flavor. However, you can adjust as per your personal needs.

Green Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 large peaches, pitted
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1¼ cup water
  • 1½ tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add sweetener if you'd like. Serve immediately!
