Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake

Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake

This banana peanut butter milkshake is one of my easiest recipes. In 5-7 minutes you will be ready to savor your banana milkshake. It’s made with simple ingredients that I always have in my kitchen. This easy smoothie is also a healthy snack for kids.

How to make this milkshake?

This banana shake is quick, easy to make and packed with protein, fiber, and potassium! Gather and measure all the ingredients before you put them in a blender. You can use any milk such as almond milk, vanilla, oat or regular milk – that is totally up to you! Add chia seeds and if you want you can add flax seeds instead. Add vanilla ice cream if you like. All you have to do is add the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Do you need to put ice in the milkshake?

I’d prefer to use cold milk straight out of refrigerator instead of using ice as it tends to water down the flavor of the shake.
