Description
Raw Mango Onion chutney is a super easy recipe to make that goes with a variety of dishes. This chutney adds a refreshing flavor in summer and makes taste buds tingle in an instant.

- 4 Onion
- 2 Raw or Ripe mango
- 2 green chili
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- ½ tbsp mint leaves
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients. Wash them and chop them roughly. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend. Add some salt. Put some sugar if mangoes are sour. I left out the sugar in this recipe as the mangoes were mildly sweet. Don’t be too worried about the raw onions, as the sourness from the mangoes kind of cures it and mellows it down. Serve with roti, paratha, lentils or kulcha.
